Michelle Roberts

My career as a Clinical Social Worker began 5 years ago back in Buffalo NY within the world of community mental health. I quickly developed a passion for empowering individuals to be their best self and to live genuine and authentic lives. As an EMDR Certified therapist I specialize in the treatment of trauma and PTSD. I honor the connections I make with others and believe that good therapy begins with a safe and trusting relationship. Through the use of evidenced-based practices, my goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you free yourself from the pain of the past or whatever it is that's holding you back from living a life filled with joy, meaning, and purpose.

In my free time, you could describe me as a pretty typical Coloradan despite being from Upstate NY. I live a fast paced life and have become an avid hiker, backpacker, and snowboarder. You can typically find me out in the mountains with my two dogs Luna & Stella. Even though I am typically on the go I find peace in the small moments of life and strive to find joy and laughter within all situations. My hope is to help others do the same.

I look forward to connecting with you!
