Moving to Colorado and immersing myself in the mountains has taught me so much about life, about myself, and became the inspiration for my practice: Mountains of Change. While life can feel like an uphill battle at times, the outcome can be breathtakingly beautiful.

So if you have found yourself feeling like you are fighting an uphill battle I am here to help you. While I believe we all have within us exactly what we need to face these moments, we often need a little extra support. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Denver area and believe it is an honor to work with those on their journey towards healing and growth.

Cancellations

Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, if they provide 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged a $100 fee for the appointment.
